While modern medicine looks at the physical body, Eastern spirituality and mind-body medicine looks at the energetic (or subtle) body. This body is governed by what we can’t necessarily see, yet is influenced by our thoughts, feelings, emotions and the vibrational activity of our organs and glands (otherwise known as chakras, or energy centre's in the body).We also carry the inter-generational transfer trauma of our ancestors and even past relasionships . Paula is trained facilitator in Systemic Constellation,Family & Shadow Constellation as well as a Reiki Master Teacher , Kinesiologist and fuses these modalities in this session. In these sessions, Together we will locate place of energetic blockage and work to interpret the emotional imbalances behind them. This session is a combination intuitive energy reading, Family, Past lives & Shadow Constellations ,fused with support of Reiki. We will unlock the deeper cause of energetic imbalance and invite balance however and wherever it’s needed most in the body through the ancient system of Constellation work and Reiki energy facilitates your body’s natural healing mechanism to find and restore harmony and ease. From moment to moment, your vibration changes based on life circumstance and experience however some of our deeper patterns are operating form our past and that of our family lineage As such, no two readings are ever alike. By the end, you will receive a list of practices to support the energetic shift you’ve just stepped into.
