50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

A six-module, self-paced training exploring Yin Yoga through both traditional wisdom and contemporary understanding of the body.

Across the training, you’ll explore the Yin postures and their variations, functional anatomy, fascia and myofascial lines, meridian theory, the seven chakras, nervous system health, neuroanatomy, pranayama and breath practices, alongside practical approaches to sequencing and teaching Yin Yoga.

The course brings traditional energetic perspectives into conversation with modern anatomy and physiology, giving you different ways to understand the body rather than relying on one system alone.

Structured across six modules - Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Integration - the training combines theory, embodied practice and teaching application.

Study entirely at your own pace, revisit the material whenever you need, and complete the training as 50 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education.
