A practical course exploring nerve health, sensation, and nervous system regulation for yoga and daily life.

An applied neuroanatomy course exploring sensory systems, perception, and regulation in movement and yoga teaching.

 

 

 

 

Format:Pre-recorded learning modules

One live 3-hour masterclass for integration

Includes:

  • Sensory systems (vision, vestibular, proprioception, interoception)

  • How sensory input shapes movement and experience

  • Practical implications for teaching yoga

  • Core neurobiology of sensation, perception, and regulation

  • Understanding pain science and emotions of yoga

🌙 Women’s Yoga Teacher Training

50-hour Yoga Alliance CE

Starting Sunday, May 3 · 3:00 pm Thailand time

A  nervous-system-informed teacher training offering an evidence-based approach to yoga for women and women’s health.

 

 

This training integrates nervous system education, applied anatomy for diverse female bodies, and embodied teaching practices to support teaching that is responsive, adaptable, and grounded in real bodies rather than idealised shapes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Format:4 live meetings (Sundays at 3:00 pm Thailand time)

The remaining hours are delivered through pre-recorded content you can complete in your own time

This training includes:

  • Nervous system education relevant to women’s health and wellbeing

  • Applied anatomy for diverse female bodiesStrength-based and restorative practices tailored for women

  • Trauma-aware, inclusive teaching approaches

  • Practical tools for cueing, sequencing, and adapting practices
