Service Description
The Private Yoga Embodied Movement Program is a deeply personal, one-to-one experience designed to help you reconnect to your body, cultivate trust in your movement, and feel truly at home within yourself. More than a traditional yoga program, this immersive journey weaves together somatic exploration, intuitive movement, gentle nervous system support, and anatomy-informed guidance. Over three individually crafted sessions (90 minutes each), we explore exactly what your body and energy need most — helping you move beyond patterns and step into new spaces of freedom, strength, and softness. What makes this program unique: Each session is recorded, so you can revisit and practice at your own pace during the weeks in between. You can choose to complete the program over 3 weeks (one session per week) or extend over 6 weeks for more spacious integration. Personalized recommendations and movement cues support your ongoing embodiment journey even after the program ends. This is a sacred container for you to explore, transform, and truly come home to your body — in your own time, with full support. This program is available both online and in person.
