Service Description

This 75-minute Reiki session offers a focused, restorative space to help you reconnect with your energy, release some of what feels blocked or stagnant, and return to a greater sense of balance. Perfect for when you feel energetically “off,” overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of a supportive reset. **Who this is for** * You feel out of balance and want to restore your energy. * You’re experiencing stress or emotional heaviness and want gentle, focused support. * You want to reconnect with your body and energy field. * You feel there may be energy that is stuck, blocked or difficult to shift on your own. * You want to maintain your energy between deeper or ongoing work. **What to expect** * A focused Reiki session intuitively guided by your current needs. * Gentle energetic clearing and support around areas that feel blocked or stagnant. * Space to rest deeply and simply receive. * A renewed sense of calm, clarity and connection. **What the session may look like** You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable and relax. At the beginning, we can take a moment to set an intention for the session if you wish, or you can simply arrive as you are and see what unfolds. During the session, you may notice sensations or shifts in energy, experience emotions or insights, feel deeply rested, or even fall asleep. There is no particular experience you need to have. At the end, I’ll gently guide you back into the space and we’ll take a little time to reflect on anything you noticed or experienced during the session. I may also suggest a simple point of focus or practice to support the settling and integration afterwards. If you’re feeling depleted, unsettled or simply in need of some space to reset, this session offers a gentle way to pause, receive and reconnect with yourself. Available online and in person.
